  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear or apparel in its original manufacturer's box and secure it inside a separate shipping carton to prevent damage.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
